The RF CCI Clicker has stopped working.

- Press and release the 1/A button.
- The LED light will flash yellow to confirm success.
You need to Revert to Default or Manually Modify the ResponseCardRF clicker Unit ID

The CCI Clicker LED is flashing 3 times with a yellow color, or the LED is completely off.
Possible cause:
The battery in the clicker is getting low, or it is dead (no light).
Solution:
Change the battery.
- Battery life under normal use is 11-12 months.
- Replace the batteries around every 11 months if you are worried about clickers dying out during use.
The CCI Clicker LED is flickering from red to green and/or yellow.
Possible causes:
- There are two TurningPoint receivers in the area with on the same channel
or
- The card is getting a small bit of interference, or the user is at the maximum range for the receiver. The maximum range is 200ft from the receiver.
Solution: Change the channel (see above) or move closer to the receiver.
Printing Reports from the PRO-Ohio School Reports Program (PO) Main Menu
When printing large (batch) reports from the PO Main Menu, the program or printer freezes or entirely crashes.
Program printing crashes are mainly caused by one of two problems:
- The printer you are using has not properly been "selected";
- The printer cannot handle the commands coming from the program.
- First, check the "Printer Setup" to make sure your school printer is named. A small "printer setup" button is provided at the top of each reports menu layout.
- Before selecting "All" reports or entire report runs (batch reports) from the Main Menu, it may be necessary to set the Print Queue Delay field on the right side of the menu window to a higher or lower number depending on the speed of your printer and available memory on your computer system.
If you are experiencing printer crashes, out-of-memory messages, or undecipherable reports partway through a batch-printing procedure, you should set the Print Queue Delay field to a longer delay (5-10 seconds or more). This will prevent your print queue or system buffer from overflowing and crashing.
If you are using a high-speed printer with sufficient system memory and buffer, you may wish to set the Print Queue Delay field to a lower delay (0-5 seconds). This will cause the PRO-Ohio program to send print commands to your printer as fast as the printer will process them.
You may need to experiment with different settings for an optimum batch printing speed. Generally, "ALL" reports require a higher (slower) setting (5-10 second-delay); "INDIVIDUAL" reports DO NOT require speed setting changes since only one report page is printed with each print command.
For your convenience, a printer pages-per-minute (ppm) number is also displayed. You can check your printer documentation to determine the pages-per-minute speed of your printer and set the print queue number accordingly.
